This 1949 house was once home to the local milk man and his family, the Ferguson’s. The interior has retained it’s “cabin” like feel with knotty-pine walls and hard wood floors. The home has been meticulously updated with every modern convenience.
The Ferguson House comfortably sleeps up to 9 people. It includes 3-bedrooms with 3 queens, and 1-bedroom with a double and a single bunk-bed set. There are 2-full tub/shower bathrooms.
Linens and towels are included and each bedroom has cozy terry cloth bathrobes.
Amenities include; wireless internet, full-kitchen/hearth room with gas "wood" burning stove, laundry and work-out area, a front porch with rocking chairs to pass the time and a sun room to take in the beauty of the surrounding mountains and landscape while listening to the sounds of the nearby water fall. The outside patio area includes a gas grill, hot tub and fire pit.
